Can I bring my dog's medication?

Yes, please do! The dog's name and the directions must be clearly labeled on the bottles. Please also include how your dog prefers to receive their medication.

Can I bring my dog's food and treats?

To minimize gastro distress, it is highly encouraged that you bring your dog's food. We also are happy to accept raw diets, and are happy to prepare it exactly as you would at home. Should a change need to be made we are happy to acquire the correct food, and keep pumpkin on hand if a transition is necessary.

Can I bring toys or bones/chews?

For all dogs safety, please do not bring bones, chews or personal toys. In a new environment with other dogs, a typically non-aggressive dog may become defensive around their own items. We have plenty of toys and chews of varying intensity that we are happy to provide your pup!

Can I bring their bed, blankets, and/or crates?

Yes, please bring anything that smells like home that they would be comfortable having. We do have extra crates of varying size as well as beds and blankets as well. Any blankets are laundered in All Free & Clear before the pet checks out.

What vaccinations and preventatives are required?

The required vaccines for your pet are Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.

*Note: The Bordetella vaccine must be administered at least three (3) days before check-in if it has expired or has never been given.

The Canine Influenza Vaccine (CIV) is strongly recommended, and the Leptospirosis vaccine is recommended but not required.

All pets must be on regular internal (worm) and external (flea and tick) parasite treatments. If any external parasites are found at check-in, a flea bath will be provided at the owner's expense. If additional treatment is needed, the owner will have the option to pick up their pet early, or we can take the pet to their preferred veterinarian, if possible, for further recommendations, also at the owner's expense.

Due to the communicable nature of internal parasites, if internal parasites are discovered, the pet must be picked up or alternative arrangements must be made for boarding at a veterinary facility, as treatment will be required.
